Alberto and Lucia, satisfied with the success of their SARDINIAN FOOD shop in the heart of the European quarter, decided to continue to tell the story of their Sardinia through a restaurant that they opened a few steps away from the shop and which they called ANTAS, taken from the name of the Roman temple set in the hills of the Iglesiente, an area in the south west of Sardinia where Alberto grew up.
Cinzia, proud of her mum and dad's restaurant, known by everyone as 'the Sardinians', follows them in this beautiful project. Antas, after the SARDINIAN FOOD shop, becomes her second home and the adventure in Brussels is more and more exquisite!
Manlio at the age of 49 decides to follow his passion for Sardinian cuisine. By chance he met a very special person, Alberto Caboni, in beautiful Brussels and began cooking Culurgionis, Malloreddus, Spaghetti alla bottarga. ''Every night was a party,'' he says, and ''today we have hundreds of happy customers when they come to eat with us'' ... ''Antas I love you!
